About the job Property Manager
Role Brief
The Property Manager (Offshore) will support the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial property portfolios for an international client. This role focuses on operational coordination, tenant and owner communication, financial administration, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and compliantly from an offshore setup.
The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and experienced in property management operations, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across time zones.
Key Role Deliverables
Property Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day property management activities across assigned portfolios
- Liaise with tenants, owners, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues promptly
- Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-ups
Tenant & Owner Support
- Handle tenant inquiries, lease-related questions, and issue resolution
- Support onboarding and offboarding of tenants (leases, renewals, exits)
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with property stakeholders
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with rent roll management, invoicing, and arrears follow-up
- Track expenses, maintenance costs, and basic property budgets
- Prepare reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and financial summaries
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure property records, contracts, and documentation are up to date
- Support compliance with lease terms, policies, and client processes
- Maintain accurate data within property management systems
Systems & Reporting
- Use property management software to update records and track activities
- Provide regular operational and performance reports to onshore teams
Education Requirement
Relevant education experience
Minimum Years of Experience in similar role
3-5 years relevant work experience in the same commercial property management
Technical System Experience
- Working knowledge of property management operations (leases, maintenance, tenant coordination)
- Experience using property management systems
- Basic financial administration skills (rent tracking, invoices, arrears follow-up)
- Ability to manage maintenance workflows and vendor coordination
- Strong written and verbal English for tenant and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (reports, trackers, documentation)
- Experience supporting offshore or international property portfolios preferred
