Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, revenue-focused professional to drive both outbound and inbound lead generation. This role is performance-driven and outcome-based, with clear KPIs tied to booked meetings, response speed, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is self-managed, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Revenue Development – Insurance GTM Campaigns

  • Execute structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting defined insurance segments
  • Build and manage prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles
  • Personalise connection requests and follow-up messaging sequences
  • Secure a defined number of qualified calls/meetings per week or month
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting

KPIs:

  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Outreach volume and response rates
  • Conversion from connection to booked meeting

2. Inbound Customer Engagement – Wedding Planning Services

  • Respond to inbound chat, web, and email enquiries within agreed SLA (e.g., under 5 - 10 minutes during active hours)
  • Build rapport and understand client needs through structured qualification questions
  • Provide relevant service information and guide prospects toward booking a consultation
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and meeting scheduling

  • Speed to first response
  • Enquiry-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Meeting show-up rate
  • Work Expectations
  • Daily activity tracking and weekly KPI reporting
  • High level of autonomy and proactive communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred), and scheduling tools

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or sales development
  • Strong written English communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone
  • Experience handling inbound customer enquiries and converting leads
  • Results-driven and comfortable working to measurable targets
