About the job Administrative Assistant

This role's main responsibility is to assist and work closely to support the Administration and Auditing teams. This will be an administration all-rounder, providing professional administration support.

Duties shall include, however not limited to:

  • Preparation of various client documentation
  • Scheduling of various client appointments, inspections, and testing
  • Attend client and staff meetings, prepare meeting reports, minutes, and agendas
  • Preparation of letters, spreadsheets, reports and other documentation
  • Maintaining and updating TESG internal and external databases and documentation
  • Assist building inspectors with finalisation and submission of reports
  • Assist with collating and completion of annual building compliance certificates Database input and amendments
  • Assisting management with daily tasks
  • This is required to display a positive and pleasant attitude at all times and professional image when in the office or attending meetings in corporate attire. This position requires you to assist the Directors and Management team as and where required so as to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Reporting directly to the National Manager - Client Administration this position requires a friendly, dedicated, hands on person with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.

This position involves full-time work, 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm AUST, in a remote setup, collaborating with one of our clients in Australia. You will work closely with a team, leveraging technology to connect with team members and achieve desired outcomes.
