We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and tech-savvy Sourcing Specialist to join our Executive Search team, supporting recruitment activities for Australia-based clients. The role will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent across leadership and specialized roles, building long lists of qualified candidates, and coordinating interview schedules. You will work closely with the Director of Executive Search and use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, and Bullhorn to deliver exceptional sourcing support from the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing
- Conduct proactive research to identify potential candidates across various industries and leadership roles in the Australian market.
- Build robust long lists and talent pipelines based on role briefs, company targets, and search mandates.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Bullhorn, and other platforms to conduct Boolean searches and data-mining.
- Ensure high data integrity and documentation of sourcing activity within the CRM (Bullhorn).
Candidate Engagement & Scheduling
- Reach out to identified candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email, or phone with a professional, personalized approach.
- Manage initial candidate screening to confirm interest, availability, and high-level qualifications.
- Schedule candidate interviews with the Director or client stakeholders in coordination with different time zones.
Client Support
- Maintain and update long list reports, trackers, and candidate summaries for client submission.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Executive Search Director and flag any market challenges or bottlenecks.
- Support market mapping and competitor intelligence gathering, as needed.
Tools & Systems
- Maintain accurate records on JobAdder and Bullhorn ATS/CRM systems.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary search and outreach tool.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience (executive search or senior-level preferred).
- Prior exposure to the Australian talent market and cultural understanding is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, JobAdder, and Google Boolean search.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- Willingness to work in Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
- Background in supporting offshore staffing or executive search for APAC or Australia.
- Familiarity with C-suite or senior functional role recruitment.
- Understanding of industry verticals such as technology, healthcare, finance, or construction (a plus).
