Job Title: Director of Partner Ecosystem & Franchise Programs

Role Purpose

To lead the design, delivery, and optimization of a world-class Franchise Partner Program and Client Referral Program that drive Peoplegigs vision of shaping the future of remote offshore workforce performance. This leader will craft scalable, ethical, and performance-oriented programs that deliver tangible business outcomes, champion Peoplegig's human-centered values, and strengthen our global network of advocates and partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Franchise Program Leadership: Own the strategic development and execution of Peoplegigs global Franchise Program, ensuring value alignment, operational success, and franchisee enablement.
  • Referral Ecosystem Growth: Drive the growth of the Referral Partner Program by building a high-quality network of trusted partners aligned with SME client segments.
  • Partner Enablement & Success: Develop and deploy scalable onboarding, training, and enablement tools that empower partners and franchisees to succeed.
  • Performance & Incentive Strategy: Design and manage tiered incentives, commercial models, and partner recognition frameworks that align with performance KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Tech & Process Enablement: Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of partner portals, tracking systems, and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack).
  • Culture & Values Stewardship: Ensure all partner and franchise interactions reflect Peoplegig's core valuesBrave, Ethical, Trusted, and Fun.

Capabilities Required

  • Strategic Program Design: Expertise in building scalable partner/franchise models with proven success metrics
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to nurture high-trust relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to manage complex partner ecosystems with agility, accountability, and rigor
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of partner enablement, co-marketing, and sales alignment
  • Technology Fluency: Familiar with CRM and partner management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack, Zapier, Typeform)
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills to inspire internal teams and external collaborators
