ARCHITECT (REVIT / BIM-FOCUSED)
(Open to Experienced Architectural Graduates and Mid-Level Architects)
About the Role
We are hiring for multiple Architect roles across two levels: Experienced Architectural Graduate (4–5 years) and Architect (5–8 years). This position focuses on supporting architectural project delivery through Revit-based BIM modelling, construction documentation, and coordination within a structured project team.
The role is highly technical and delivery-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, buildable documentation for large-scale and complex developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit
- Produce accurate construction documentation and drawing packages
- Support delivery across design development and documentation phases
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants (e.g. MEP, structural)
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all drawings and outputs
- Contribute to the delivery of large-scale, high-rise, or complex projects
- Manage assigned work packages and meet project timelines
Requirements
For Experienced Architectural Graduate (4–5 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 4–5 years of experience in architecture, drafting, or BIM roles
- Hands-on experience using Revit for modelling and documentation
- Experience supporting construction documentation and drawing production
- Exposure to large-scale or high-rise projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured teams
For Architect (5–8 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent (license preferred but not required)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM modelling and documentation)
- Proven experience delivering construction documentation packages
- Experience working on large-scale, high-rise, or complex developments
- Strong understanding of technical detailing, coordination, and project delivery
- Ability to manage work packages with minimal supervision
Key Skills
- Advanced Revit and BIM workflow knowledge (non-negotiable)
- Strong construction documentation and detailing
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced delivery environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work Setup
- Fully remote (Philippines-based)
