We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Order Processor. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring excellent service throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns as per company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with internal teams to avoid delays.
- Contribute to process improvements for customer service and order management.
