Your tasks and responsibilities

Sales, Account Growth, & Market Development:

Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients (fabricators, designers, contractors) through lead generation, networking, and presentations.

Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business, understand needs, and provide tailored product solutions.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic market expansion.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Collaboration:

Prepare sales reports on activities, pipeline, and revenue, tracking KPIs to measure performance.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Your profile

Must be an independent self-starter who will take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.

Expertly skilled in verbal and written communication (English/German and Korean are a plus).

Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently push clients and firmly set limits when required.

Ability to retain information and develop a firm understanding of Lotte Chemical's products and offerings (solid surface materials).

Must be competitive and develop awareness of competition while finding solutions to win.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (spreadsheets and presentation)

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
