Position: Product Marketing Lead, PowerShield
Location: Wairau Valley, Auckland (Hybrid: 3 - 4 days onsite)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week; some evening availability)

The Opportunity

As our Product Marketing Lead, youll craft and execute go-to-market strategies for flagship offerings PowerShield8 and Assure. You will bridge product development, sales, and customers, ensuring every launch resonates with market needs and accelerates our global growth. We are ideally looking for someone that comes from a technical background.

This role works in close collaboration with PowerShields Marketing Director, who defines the overall strategy. You will be responsible for executing that strategy and acting as the key link between the sales team, customers, and the CTO, ensuring valuable feedback informs product development.

What Youll Do

  • Strategise & Launch
    Define and drive product marketing plans across global markets, leading end-to-end product launches that deliver measurable impact.

  • Position & Message
    Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and differentiation that speaks directly to customer challenges.

  • Enable & Educate
    Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, datasheets, and case studies, to empower our commercial teams.

  • Collaborate & Align
    Work closely with Sales, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless internal alignment and market readiness.

  • Analyse & Adapt
    Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics. Gather customer feedback to continuously refine our value proposition.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B product marketing or product management, ideally within a technical environment

  • Strong aptitude for understanding and simplifying technical features

  • Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies and product launches

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms

  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate global clients and stakeholders
