About The Role

• Become an expert in healthcare recruitment which includes project planning and sourcing, offer management and pipeline building.
• Oversee a team of recruitment executives
• Become skilled at providing recruitment and outsourcing solution services to leaders in the healthcare industry.
• Consult and partner with clients, assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding people, fully understand clients needs and requirements, and complete the full recruitment cycle.
• Become a trusted advisor to our healthcare organization clients with a deep knowledge and understanding of their organization, needs, challenges, operations, and culture.
• Utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the clients open position, create and maintain a talent bank, shortlist and recruit the most suitable talent for our healthcare clients.
• Provide exceptional partnership experiences in small and large groups.
• Help to create a high-performance culture.
• Strong data-driven mentality, multi-tasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role.
