Regional Recruitment Consultant (Based in Singapore)

About The Role

  • Develop strong partnerships with small, medium and large-size healthcare teams to understand and assess their unique healthcare manpower challenges in order to provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR recruitment, outsourcing and training initiatives aligned with their business objectives.
  • Co-lead regional recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality placement of healthcare professionals.
  • Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing HR solutions.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solution.
  • Conduct online and onsite interviews for job applicants, and faciliate their onboarding.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years experience in human resources or employment agency background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven and independent professional.
  • Have passion in the healthcare industry and willing to learn.
