What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.

• A proven track record (10+ years) in a senior HR leadership role in shared services and/or HR operations.

• Strong background in continuous process improvement, automation and project management.

• Experience in healthcare HR is an advantage, but not necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and change management skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related processes, systems, and software.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

About The Role

• The Director of Human Resources (Shared Services) is a senior-level management role at one of the leading healthcare organizations.

• Oversee, lead and optimize all areas of Shared Services, including HR ops admin, organizational development, learning and development admin, scholarship and award, and other related functions.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding HR services across the organization.

• Review existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.

• Be accountable for the governance and internal controls of HR processes, policies, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Mitigate risks associated with HR operations across the organization.

• Collaborate with external and internal partners, to optimize HR services delivery.

• Be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on HR matters, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
