Job Description:
Our client is an established trust and fiduciary services company in Asia and is expanding its presence in Singapore. They are seeking a Wealth Planning & Fiduciary Specialist to provide estate and legacy planning solutions to HNW/UHNW clients while supporting the growth of the firm’s fiduciary and corporate services business.
Job Description
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify client needs and deliver holistic estate, succession and legacy planning solutions, including fiduciary, corporate and insurance-related solutions.
Engage with prospects and existing HNW/UHNW clients to understand their wealth-planning objectives, recommend appropriate structures and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Develop relationships with private banks, family offices, professional advisers and other external partners to broaden distribution channels and generate new business opportunities.
Provide technical guidance on fiduciary and wealth-planning matters, including relevant regulatory, tax and market developments, and conduct internal workshops and training where required.
Support business growth by developing sales strategies, enhancing wealth-planning solutions and maintaining existing client relationships to achieve revenue targets across fiduciary and corporate services.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in wealth planning, wealth structuring, trust and fiduciary services, private banking or a related HNW/UHNW advisory environment.
Good knowledge of trusts, estate and succession planning, fiduciary structures and corporate services; exposure to insurance-based wealth-planning solutions would be advantageous.
Strong client-facing and advisory skills, with the ability to understand complex HNW/UHNW needs and translate them into practical wealth-planning solutions.
Commercially minded with experience in business development, relationship management, cross-selling and/or working with external distribution partners.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with private bankers, family offices, lawyers, tax advisers and other professional intermediaries.
