Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients regarding their life and health insurance policies

• Manage all aspects of policy servicing including updates, renewals, endorsements, claims follow-up, and documentation

• Liaise with insurers, clients, relationship managers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate servicing

• Maintain and update client records in internal systems with high attention to detail

• Monitor policy lapses, premium due dates, and ensure timely client reminders and follow-ups

• Provide support in onboarding new policies and reviewing existing portfolio to ensure suitability and compliance

• Prepare servicing reports and assist with KYC and regulatory checks as needed

• Support senior client servicing or sales teams in ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above; insurance or finance-related qualifications preferred

• 5+ years of experience in policy servicing, client services, or insurance operations, ideally within a brokerage or private wealth setting

• Strong understanding of life and health insurance products tailored for HNW individuals

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
