Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients regarding their life and health insurance policies

Manage all aspects of policy servicing including updates, renewals, endorsements, claims follow-up, and documentation

Liaise with insurers, clients, relationship managers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate servicing

Maintain and update client records in internal systems with high attention to detail

Monitor policy lapses, premium due dates, and ensure timely client reminders and follow-ups

Provide support in onboarding new policies and reviewing existing portfolio to ensure suitability and compliance

Prepare servicing reports and assist with KYC and regulatory checks as needed

Support senior client servicing or sales teams in ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above; insurance or finance-related qualifications preferred
5+ years of experience in policy servicing, client services, or insurance operations, ideally within a brokerage or private wealth setting

Strong understanding of life and health insurance products tailored for HNW individuals

Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
