Team Head of Relationship Management, Taiwan Market, Private Bank

 Job Description:

Our client, a reputable Asian Private Bank with solid regional presence, is seeking a Team Head, Taiwan Market to lead and grow a team of Relationship Managers in Hong Kong. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business development, sales management, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth Taiwanese clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of Relationship Managers focused on the Taiwan high-net-worth and UHNW client segment.

  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and deepening of existing client relationships.

  • Develop and implement business strategies tailored to the Taiwan market.

  • Coach and support RMs in achieving business targets and delivering high standards of client service.

  • Maintain strong regulatory and compliance standards across all team activities.

  • Collaborate with product, investment, and compliance teams to ensure comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking, with strong track record covering the Taiwan market.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing Relationship Managers or front-office teams.

  • Deep understanding of the wealth management needs of Taiwanese clients and the regulatory landscape.

  • Strong network and ability to attract and retain high-net-worth clients from Taiwan.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese is a plus.
