Client Overview:

Our client is a leading Asian private bank with a strong presence across Hong Kong and Singapore. As a member of the product management team, you will help maintain a comprehensive and compliant platform across asset classes. You will support product due diligence, monitoring, and post-trade reporting, and ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory standards across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product due diligence reviews and approvals

• Maintain and update product documentation, risk ratings, and records

• Monitor product performance and conduct periodic reviews

• Prepare reports and data presentations (e.g. MIS, post-trade)

• Assist in product setup and ongoing maintenance

• Participate in system testing and enhancement projects

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation

• Develop and maintain product-related policies and procedures

• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold platform quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in investment product management within a private bank

• Solid knowledge across asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, structured products, and funds

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and regulatory frameworks

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven

• Familiar with risk management and compliance practices

• Good communication skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
