We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Relationship Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset to join this dynamic platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing independent investment advisory and holistic wealth management solutions.

This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, solid market knowledge, and the ability to deliver customized financial strategies aligned with clients' objectives. Candidates should be commercially driven, client-focused, and comfortable operating in a performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Client acquisition, develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and HNW families.
• Provide independent investment advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with internal investment professionals to deliver top-tier financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and risk management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private or priority banking, wealth management or external asset management.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
