HR Business Partner
Job Description:
A market leading growing European MNC is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to support the Japanese business to provide professional HR guidance and support.
About the Job
As the HR Business Partner, you work on operational and strategic HR level to ensure a high quality of HR service is delivered to employees.
- Work with the VP of HR to align HR to the business strategy for the Japan office
- Design and deliver effective learning programs and manage ongoing delivery.
- Oversee performance, development, and career progression systems to meet current and future standards, and lead HR specific projects
- Create and promote employee engagement for continuous improvement of HR services and processes, and implement HR policies and reward strategies.
- Provide HR advice and coaching to employees, understand their opinions, and anticipate their needs and concerns.
- Maintain close collaboration with the APAC HR team for alignment, review and enhance HR policies and initiatives, and sharing knowledge for continuous improvement.
The Team
Reporting to the VP of HR APAC based in Singapore in a single contributor position
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or HR with at least 5 years of HR experience in a business partner position in a large MNC or international environment. A professional, proactive, and positive attitude is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You should be independent with the ability to influence at all levels of the business. Fluency in English is required to liaise with the regional and global HQ.
