About the job Customer Service Clerk
DESCRIPTION:
Provides clerical/Administrative support to ensure quality customer service assistance. Performs basic research and gathers necessary information to resolve routine customer service work. Will perform other duties as assigned. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and comply with AP 2-2 policy.
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
Must have good communication skills and provide great customer service to all our participants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE: Requires a high school diploma or a GED
EXPERIENCE: Six months of clerical/customer service experience is required.
PHYSICAL EFFORT: The position occasionally requires stooping or bending. Occasional very light lifting, such as three or four reams of papers or books (up to 20 pounds or an equivalent weight) may be required
WORK ENVIRONMENT: There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions
PHYSICAL SKILL: Requires the ability to make simple gross motor responses within large tolerances.
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
