  • Good communication skills, coordinate appointment with families to discuss the relocation process.
  • Coordinate relocation for families.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys.
  • Must be able to prepare reports, prepare payments and track expenses.
  • Perform daily operational tasks and must be detailed oriented is a priority, able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English - and must have experience in MS Office suite. Will perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver's License

KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or a GED

EXPERIENCE: Six months of administrative or customer service related experience is required.
