Our Client is looking for a Compensation Specialist for a part-time, long-term, temporary project to administer Stipend Payments. 

  • Need to have a strong background in Spreadsheets and possibly experience in PeopleSoft.
  • Will work with various locations and department leaders to ensure employees are being set up for payment throughout the year with the correct stipend codes and amounts.
  • Should be able to start as soon as possible and can continue throughout the entire school year. 
  • Strong Excel knowledge
    • Calculate Payment for Stipend (Basic Math Skills/Excel)
    • Track Stipend Intake on Excel Spreadsheet
  • Communication and organization skills
    • Communicate with Campuses/Principals/Depts/Athletic Dept regarding Stipends
  • Peoplesoft Database
    • Process Stipend Intake
