DESCRIPTION:

  • Performs clerical and administrative duties for the FOG/POOL/FOOD program
  • Answer incoming calls, process payments, enter complaints, scan manifests, file, reconcile payments, and other duties as assigned
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills, focused customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving skills as a requirement
  • No driving is required on this assignment
  • Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • KNOWLEDGE: Requires a high school diploma or a GED
  • EXPERIENCE: One year of clerical/customer service experience is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • PHYSICAL EFFORT: The position is physically comfortable, the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT: All duties and responsibilities may not be included in the above job description.  There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions
  • PHYSICAL SKILL: Requires the ability to make simple gross motor responses within large tolerances
WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30a to 4:30p
