Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead and oversee projects related to water resources and wastewater treatment plants. Your responsibilities will span from project planning to execution. We operate as an open-book company, providing full transparency into project finances. You will have the opportunity to earn a share of the project's profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide solutions to challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure clear expectations among team members.
  • Oversee project budgeting, and financial reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and project stakeholders, providing regular updates.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on structural concrete.
  • Experience with self-performing construction companies, overseeing all aspects of builds.
  • Prior responsibility for project financials (profit/loss).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software, and familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
