Maintenance Manager

A well-established manufacturing operation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the lead on plant maintenance, facility support, and team development. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving reliability, safety, and efficiency across a fast-paced, 3-shift production environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and developing a skilled maintenance team in a 24/7 operation

Leading maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Coordinating equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs

Overseeing facility projects and managing outside contractors/trades

Troubleshooting complex equipment issues and stepping in when needed

Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Tracking maintenance performance, controlling costs, and managing departmental budgets

Implementing and improving SOPs aligned with ISO and lean manufacturing practices
What Were Looking For:
-
6+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (injection molding or plastics preferred)

5+ years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment

Strong hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, vacuum systems, and plumbing

Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking/reporting software

Experience managing schedules, priorities, and performance in a high-volume operation

Familiarity with OSHA regulations, lean principles, and ISO standards

Strong communication and team leadership skills
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments that require standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Indoor facility setting with occasional exposure to seasonal temperatures
