Were looking for an experienced Structural Foam Process Technician to join our team in Rockwall. In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining high production quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do:

• Start up and shut down structural foam molding machines

• Perform tooling and material changeovers

• Monitor quality and make process adjustments as needed

• Troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime

• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years as a process tech or mold setter

• Solid understanding of foam molding processes

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
