JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join their tight-knit and collaborative team. This position is an ideal role for an individual seeking to develop a diverse range of retail merchandising and marketing skillsets, as well as digital marketing operations that support their Retail and Wholesale channels.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role driving the success of our dynamic merchandising and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This position is project management-focused and demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for coordinating in-store merchandising, digital marketing campaigns, and trade show execution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Merchandising
    • Develop, coordinate and execute package development
    • Support outside parties in developing merchandising P.O.P.
    • Quoting and developing fixtures with outside manufacturers
    • Track all projects to completion and support timely delivery
  • Marketing
    • Keep imagery up-to-date for online marketing operations
    • Maintain digital integrity for our customers websites
    • Develop, launch and track online marketing initiatives
    • Help develop our digital presence for our growing Wholesale Channel
  • Tradeshow
    • Plan and coordinate tradeshow events between the Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams
    • Maintain Dropship Books for each show season
    • Ensure all literature and materials arrive in a timely manner
    • Develop a metrics reporting on show activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in marketing, with design experience a plus
  • 1-3 years of Marketing, Merchandising or design-related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentiveness to details and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe design software is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated to drive projects as independently as possible
  • On-site regular attendance

ADDITIONAL:

  • Willing to periodically travel (2-4 weeks a year)
  • Open to constant learning and refinement of skills

EDUCATION:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Design
