About the Role:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services in a confidential capacity. This role involves assessing and designing behavior support and skill acquisition plans, training and supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical practice aligned with best practice standards in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral and skill assessments to guide interventions.

Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) using data-driven, evidence-based methods.

Train, supervise, and provide feedback to staff, including RBTs, teachers, and assistants.

Monitor procedural integrity, data collection, and treatment fidelity.

Respond to behavioral crises, providing guidance and support as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation for services, progress reporting, and billing.

Provide Telehealth services as appropriate.

Maintain BCBA certification and Tennessee licensure; participate in professional development.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and leadership to support positive outcomes for students.
Minimum Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Must obtain Tennessee licensure prior to hire.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Work Requirements:

Full-time role with occasional extended hours or travel.

Physical requirements include prolonged standing/walking, occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), and mobility for hands-on support.
