About the Role:
An established and growing industrial safety solutions company is looking for a Senior Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow key accounts across a designated region. This is a remote position with travel (3545%) to customer sites.

Youll work directly with safety, engineering, and facility leaders to identify site hazards and offer tailored solutions that protect people and operations. If you're a seasoned sales pro who thrives on consultative selling and relationship-building, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow opportunities with industrial clients
  • Conduct on-site visits, assess safety risks, and recommend solutions
  • Develop quotes based on site measurements and customer needs
  • Navigate decision-making processes with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project execution
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM system

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of solution-based B2B sales experience (industrial sales a strong plus)
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling regionally
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
