Production Manager

Perform Recruitment is currently seeking a  Production Manager on behalf of our client,  a long-established and highly respected beef processing company based in Co. Meath.

Our client is a leader in exporting premium Irish beef to high-end European markets. With integrated slaughter and deboning facilities and a sharp focus on quality, they are undergoing a major growth phase and are now looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all aspects of production and operations

• Deliver on key performance targets (KPIs)

• Collaborate with management on raw material specifications

• Monitor and analyze production efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A relevant third-level qualification

• Proven experience in a Production Manager role within the Agri-Food sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good spoken and written English

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• A proactive and solution-driven mindset

• Previous experience in beef processing is a distinct advantage

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards
