The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across the site. Youll be part of a fast-paced environment where flexibility, problem-solving, and technical ability are highly valued.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facilities

• Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring safety

• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventative measures

• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the site through daily checks and inspections

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production

• Completing accurate maintenance reports and communicating issues effectively

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and thrives in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A qualification in a mechanical discipline (electrical skills a strong advantage)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or food production environment

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A flexible, solutions-focused approach to work
