Job Description:
As a Cold Caller/Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for our company, and your goal will be to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation techniques. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our company's services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation
- Keep track of all sales activities and update the CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
- Knowledge of performance-based marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
