Were looking for a skilled Excel Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing, analyzing, and presenting data that drives important decisions for our clients and projects. Your mastery of Excel will help us streamline processes, create insightful reports, and deliver tailored solutions that support the vibrant performing arts community.
What You'll Do:
Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and tools to organize and analyze complex data sets.
Collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting related to performing arts projects and organizations.
Create clear, user-friendly reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
What Were Looking For:
Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros, and data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and spot trends.
Experience working in consulting, nonprofit, or arts-related fields is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
