What Youll Do:
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the executive team
Assist in organizing events, rehearsals, and client engagements
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
Contribute to special projects that support the company's goals and growth
Who You Are:
Enthusiastic about the performing arts and eager to support creative endeavors
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and communication tools
Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
A team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse personalities
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required
