Account Officer

We are Permata Indo Sejahtera is an outsourcing company in indonesia. we are provide workforce placemet services for various positions and industries, as well as business process outsourcing services.

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor's degree in any major, 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing/FMCG projects
• Experience managing outsourcing teams and understanding back-office MPO/BPO processes
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of HR workflows (recruitment, administration, payroll, employee relations).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel advanced) and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and responsive.
• Willingness to be mobile, with integrity, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities :

• Client Maintenance
• Handling employee administration and databases (BPJS, Attendance & Payroll)
• Conducting induction and onboarding for new employees
• End-to-end recruitment process maintenance
