- Project management for market sizing & market classification for products
- Research and analyze brand competitiveness in the industry
- Analyze market trend and demand to develop rolling sales forecast
- Evaluate business performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Analyze service level of sell out activity to ensure great level of inventory and improve Customer Service Level
- Drive communication between commercial and marketing to ensure consistent responsiveness to market situation
- Develop trackers, dashboards, and other tools for easy access to get better insights on improving sales performance
