Permhunt is a tech-specialized headhunting agency based in Makati and Sydney, focused on headhunting the top 1% of tech talent for startups and enterprises. We are seeking a creative and Growth Marketing Associate to take ownership of our content direction. With ambitious growth plans, this role will have the freedom to lead, experiment, and create content across our channels, helping build the Permhunt brand in a way that is sharp, engaging, and fun.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can take ideas and run with them. You will help drive content across channels, build brand presence through fast-moving marketing, and bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding - even if you have no prior experience.

What you'll do

• Own and execute content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Help create content across different formats, from staff LinkedIn posts to company short-form videos
• Shoot, edit, and produce content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Turn raw ideas, market insights, candidate stories, and internal updates into engaging written and video content Test content angles, track what performs, and improve direction over time
• Support broader growth initiatives across brand, audience building, and campaigns

What we're looking for

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or growth (Still apply if you have no experience!)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable owning work from idea through to execution
• Proactive, creative, and confident working with autonomy
• Strong feel for content, audience attention, and what performs online
• Interest in startups, recruitment, B2B marketing, or employer branding is a plus
