Senior Power Platform Engineer

Our client is a US based leading market insights company looking for their next Senior Power Platform Engineer.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, system integrations, Azure services, and SQL Server — sitting at the centre of how their core business systems connect and operate.

As their digital transformation accelerates, they need a technically strong engineer who can consult internally, build reliable integrations, and own solutions from design through to production.

This role sits at the intersection of Power Platform development, system integration, and data engineering. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, design solutions, and maintain the integrations and applications that keep operations running.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps in Microsoft Power Apps, end-to-end
• Create and manage complex workflows and automations in Microsoft Power Automate
• Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture across CRM, ERP, and internal platforms (e.g. HubSpot middleware ERP)
• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors — including authentication via OAuth, API tokens, and service principals
• Design and manage backend data structures in Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
• Handle data synchronisation, transformation, and reconciliation across systems with robust error handling, retry logic, and logging
• Work with Azure services including Azure Functions and Logic Apps to support integration and backend architecture
• Manage Dev / Test / Prod environments within the Power Platform, including solution packaging, ALM pipelines, and deployment governance
• Enforce DLP policies, role-based access controls, and data protection standards across the platform
• Monitor system health, investigate failures, and implement fixes across applications, workflows, integrations, and database layers

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps
• Integration: REST APIs, webhooks, custom connectors, OAuth
• Secondary: HubSpot, ERP platforms (Deltek a plus), Dynamics 365

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server — stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing, and large dataset handling
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end system integrations across CRM, ERP, and API-connected platforms
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms in production environments
• Experience with ALM, environment management, and deployment pipelines within the Power Platform
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across application, integration, and database layers

• Location: Hybrid 3x per week – Makati
• ET hours (Night shift)
