Job Description

• Drive recruitment operations, lead sourcing and prospect pipeline support across targeted outbound initiatives
• Assist with high-touch outbound execution, including correspondence and supporting operational workflows
• Provide day-to-day coordination support across core business functions
• Maintain daily workflows and ensure data tables are accurately updated, structured, and action-ready
• Support weekly content rollout and broader marketing execution across relevant channels
• Keep internal trackers, datasets, and operational records clean, organised, and consistently up to date
• Act as a flexible operations resource, supporting cross-functional projects and ad hoc business priorities as they arise
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport confidently with different people.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working.
