AI Solution Engineer

About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing US-based AI-automation agency that helps small and mid-sized businesses scale through Digital Employees low-code AI agents that remove manual work, cut costs, and unlock growth. As demand accelerates, they need a hands-on engineer to design and build these AI-powered solutions.

What Youll Do

• Design & build Digital Employees on the Relevance AI platform (training provided).
• Create end-to-end automations in n8n / Upgrade / Airtable that connect phones, CRMs, billing, email and more.
• Integrate AI capabilities via OpenAI and related APIs to handle sales enquiries, support tickets and data processing.
• Develop third-party integrations (REST APIs, webhooks) across CRMs, accounting tools and other business systems.
• Maintain & optimise existing automations; troubleshoot issues, improve reliability and document processes.
• Collaborate with AI Implementation Specialists and Client Success Managers, meeting 8-week delivery timelines.

Tech Stack

• Primary: Relevance AI, n8n / Upgrade, Airtable, OpenAI
• Secondary: Zapier, assorted CRM & SaaS APIs
• Languages: JavaScript, Python

What Youll Bring

Essential

• Production experience with n8n, Upgrade, Zapier or similar workflow-automation tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and data-flow design.
• Demonstrated success building business workflow automations.
• Fluent English and comfort working with partial US ET overlap.

Nice to Have

• Airtable database design experience.
• Previous CRM or accounting-system integrations.
• Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms or AI-agent frameworks (training on Relevance AI provided).
