Recruitment Consultant

Permhunt is a premier tech-specialized recruitment agency based in Makati and Sydney, dedicated to headhunting the top 1% of talent for VC-funded startups and stock exchange listed companies. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in recruiting for Tech roles to manage our client opportunities. This role will have a hands-on recruitment focus, gradually evolving into more complex strategic responsibilities over time.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, technical assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
• Drive business growth by winning new clients and expanding Permhunt's tech hiring network.
• Other tasks to support business operations as needed

Desired Qualifications (Still apply if you don't meet all)

• 1-5+ years worth of experience working as a recruiter in a recruitment agency or in a comparable position, with a track record of hiring technical employees.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to connect with and establish relationships with hiring decision-makers and candidates.
• Proven capacity to manage many vacant positions concurrently and adhere to deadlines for hiring.
• Effective time and project management abilities.
• An autonomous thinker with the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.

• 10% commission on placements (Uncapped. If you meet KPI's, you'll realistically earn roughly between 30k PHP - 80k PHP per month in commissions alone depending on the seniority / volume of roles handled)
