Technical Support Specialist German (m,f): Garden equipment

Tasks:

• Provide technical support mainly via phone.
• Backoffice support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.
• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Handling after-sales cases, for example: warranties, returns, and spare parts.

Profile:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.
• Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
• Strong technical attitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart / AI-powered devices, home & garden equipment or power tools.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office applications, and computer literacy (basic knowledge or strong interests of Wi-Fi connections, mobile applications).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00.
