Were hiring a Sales Representative to join a multicultural team based in Lisbon, supporting one of the most dynamic and community-driven online platforms globally.

In this on-site role, youll connect with business clients to promote digital advertising solutions, help them optimize their online presence, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage potential business clients via outbound calls;

• Guide them through the onboarding process and build rapport;

• Consult on digital advertising strategies tailored to their goals;

• Manage your pipeline and follow up using CRM tools;

• Meet performance KPIs and deliver exceptional client experience.

What You Bring:

• 12 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing;

• Confidence in cold calling and achieving sales targets;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Understanding of digital channels and media buying principles;

• Strategic mindset and consultative approach to sales;

• Full fluency in English (spoken and written).

Training & Onboarding:

• Paid full-time training (15 business days);

• Focus on product knowledge, CRM tools, and digital sales techniques.
