Customer Experience Specialist Digital Advertising (On-site | Lisbon)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (presencial)
Shifts: Rotational (06h00 or 21h07) | Monday to Sunday
Contract: 12-month renewable

Join a multicultural customer operations team based in Lisbon, working with a global leader in the social media and digital advertising space, supporting small and medium-sized businesses around the world.
Your Mission:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

Support business clients via phone, chat and email;

Guide users through self-service digital advertising tools;

Provide both pre-sales and post-sales assistance with a human-first mindset;

Represent a global tech brand through empathetic, solution-oriented interactions;

Maintain service excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT).
What You Bring:

Fluency in English (C1 level or higher);

Strong communication and empathy clients should feel your smile;

Ability to de-escalate and problem-solve under pressure;

Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity in client interactions;

Quick learner with a comfort level in digital tools and platforms;

Availability for rotating shifts (day or night).
Training & Onboarding:

Duration: 15 business days, full-time (8h/day);

Format: On-site, immersive onboarding covering tools and client ecosystem;

Includes paid training allowance.
