Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to develop the North East part of France. You will cover from Sedan in the North / Troyes in the West / Macon in the South / Strasbourg in the East

Our software is the only SaaS platform aggregating and processing Data from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and weight scales. A large portion of Heart Failure patients is also implanted with CIEDs. Having all data in one platform is extremely convenient and useful for managing the patient's clinical situation. Our Implicity Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is expanding rapidly. More and more patients and Medical Teams benefit from it every day.

By associating a Withings-connected weight scale integrated with our platform with a full remote monitoring service to manage alerts, Implicity clearly helps to improve the patient's quality of life.

Your mission is to manage the entire sales & customer cycle:

  • Opportunity identification
  • Closing & upsell
  • Customer Satisfaction Management 
  • You will expand the number of Medical Centers plus within each Medical Center and the number of patients using our Solution.

Your 2 main KPI's then are:

  • Development of a robust network within the hospital environment (cardiology)
  • Efficient management of workflow/sales cycle within the hospital setting - (number of closings)

Your account territory is North East Region of France, and you have 1 new best friend: Salesforce. Our CRM is filled qualitatively, and it has to stay so under your close supervision & active participation.

Business Development

  • Established network within different rhythmology departments or French Medical Centers. Targets must be qualified more precisely (decision-makers of the heart failure units).
  • Prioritize actions according to potential
  • Meet Medical teams and run demos with Medical administration at the end of the process
  • Lead negotiations, & eventually establish quotes/contracts in the most professional way, aligned with company guidelines and including customer specificities

Account Management

  • You deal with the entire onboarding process to quickly onboard our new clients and train our new users
  • Once Solution is well used by Medical teams, you focus your energy on upselling: helping clients to develop their Heart Failure remote monitoring activity and increase the number of Heart Failure patients remotely monitored
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction (NPS stays as high as possible) intending to keep our fantastic 0% client churn performance
  • Overall, you manage and nurture relationships with Medical teams and visit them regularly
  • You promptly address questions and technical issues reported by our clients and our nurses

Other inputs

  • You collect intelligence from the market, the patients and our clients to feed our product development roadmap
  • You develop a close relationship with our external devices manufacturer partners
  • You represent the company in conferences / symposiums / congresses / exhibitions, dedicated to the company's business sector so that Implicity gains high visibility
  • At Implicity, you will have weekly meetings with your manager to help you succeed in your mission and continuously improve your skills. Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be clear, fair and honest with your targets. The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment focused on your development.


Preferred Experience

Your Background:

  • Experience selling directly to hospitals and working with healthcare professionals
  • Experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the medical industry
  • Bonus if you know the cardiology field

Your Hard Skills:

  • You are great at both hunting and farming in sales
  • And you can effectively communicate with medical staff and understand their needs
  • As well as successfully onboard clients and lead projects
  • You are skilled in using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Willing to travel to medical centers all over the North East Region of France (you need a valid driver's license)
  • Fluent in French and have OK communicative skills in English

Recruitment Process

Remuneration

  • For this job (CDI - full-time), your fixed salary will depend on your experience
  • 25% variable pay based on annual objectives
