Enterprise Business Development Representative

THE TEAM

Our client's business development team is at the forefront of the sales process, driving growth across the field sales organization and supporting the account executives by sourcing net new deals. Sales development representatives go way beyond making cold calls and sending out standardized emails, they are the experts in the subscription economy and know how to connect with the right prospects. With the partnership of the marketing team, BDRs are equipped with C-level messaging to help cut through the noise and generate interest from some of the world's most innovative and transformational companies. The best part? There's no better way to grow your sales career than by mastering the sale of a complex product, across multiple industries and to different functions within the executive team. What You'll Do & Achieve



  • Complete the in-depth onboarding and sales training and maintain expert knowledge of our Client's messaging, products and services and unique sales approach
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline and generate growth
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates (Sales Management, Account Executives, Marketing, Product, etc.) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research and develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, etc.
  • Outbound prospecting to companies via cold calls, email, marketing campaigns, social selling, etc.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (C-Level, VP/Director) in target accounts
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce


What You'll Need To Be Successful



  • Native French with Professional English
  • Based in Paris
  • 3 - 9 months experience in outbound sales/cold calling in Saas / Tech companies
  • Interest in a career in Sales or in Sales Leadership
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative sales team environment; a true team player
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Passionate about technology, business, and winning
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and LinkedIn


Payout

  • 45K to 60K OTE depending on previous experience
  • Health Benefits, Pension, Regular Team Dinners/Events, Professional Development Budget and International Travel 2-3 times annually.
