As we grow ($23M raised in Series A in January 2022 => x2 headcount done in 2022), in France, Europe and in the US, we are recruiting an Accounting Manager position, to work in the Finance department with Marc Braun, CFO, your future supportive Manager!

You can start in July

⭐️ We need you ⭐️

Reporting to Marc, the CFO, you will:
. be in charge of all accounting tasks
. support the companys financial and operational reporting and planning
(in a SaaS business)

You handle the day-to-day accounting tasks, currently outsourced

You prepare the client invoicing, its booking and you deal with the billing and its collection

You check, record, and pay supplier invoices, using Spendesk

You prepare our tax, social, legal, and administrative filings

You structure an analytical accounting system to improve the steering of the company

You perform monthly closing and reporting: P&L, Cash, Activity report, SaaS KPI

You manage the financial and operational reporting process to produce reliable and monthly information about the actual and forecasted performance of our company including the cash position

You manage the cash, using Agicap

You interact with the USA accounting partner

You take part in the budgeting process in close coordination with the operational departments

You perform the annual account closing and preparation of financial statements (Corporate return, etc.)

You implement and optimize new financial and controlling tools and processes with the support of our automation consultant (ex: invoicing, production of monthly reports)

Other administrative tasks (filing, archiving, etc.)

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Preferred experience

Your Background

You have a degree in accounting (type expertise comptable, DCG/DSCG)

You have at least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm (expert comptable) and in the accounting department of a mid- sized firm/start-up in an accountant position

Experience in a SaaS company would be a real plus

Your Hard Skills

You master accounting rules and the production of Balance of Sheet, P&L and cash flow statement,

You know the standard accounting packages like SAGE, Oracle NetSuite, etc.

You are Tech savvy (Microsoft suite, Notion, DropBox, etc.)

Knowledge of Spendesk, Agicap, Salesforce would be appreciated

You are both super fluent in French & in English

Your Soft Skills

You have strong technical and analytical skills / you are autonomous and rigorous

You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness
