Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £23,000 £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Nursery:

Join a highly respected, well-established nursery in Maidenhead, rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. This setting is recognised for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 05 and is part of a leading nursery group known for high standards and professional development.

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, quality, and child-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

  • Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support childrens development

  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met

  • Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers and colleagues to support each childs well-being

  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Contribute to the Outstanding practice and uphold the nurserys values, ethos, and standards

  • Support the safeguarding, health, and well-being of all children in your care

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills

  • A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach

  • Commitment to delivering Outstanding practice

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
