About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (or an established leader in residential care) to oversee a service supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about person-centered care, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve the highest standards.

• Oversee referrals, assessments, and care planning.

• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.

• Support staff training, development, and appraisals.

• Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.

• Participate in on-call duties, including occasional weekends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader within residential care.

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5 Diploma 

• preferred).

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Flexible, proactive, and confident in managing challenging situations.
