• You must have a valid relationship with the candidate you are referring (e.g., professional, academic, or personal connection).
• The referred candidate must not already be in active communication with Pfizer Care Network or any related recruitment processes at the time of your referral.
• Referrals are valid only for roles within the Pfizer Care Network that are open and advertised through Pfizer Care.

2. Exclusivity of Referral

• By referring a candidate, you confirm that they are not simultaneously being represented by another agency, recruiter, or platform unless otherwise notified by Pfizer Care Network.
• If the referred candidate has existing applications with other agencies, you agree to inform Pfizer Care Network so that appropriate actions can be taken to consolidate efforts.

3. Referral Process

• To submit a referral, you must provide complete and accurate information about the candidate, including their name, contact details, qualifications, and any other relevant information requested by Pfizer Care Network.
• Incomplete or inaccurate referrals may result in disqualification from the referral program.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Any information shared during the referral process, including the candidate’s details, will be handled in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and facilitating their application within the Pfizer Care Network.
• You agree not to share or misuse any information obtained during the referral process.

5. Acknowledgment of Terms

• By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that Pfizer Care Network will act as the primary point of contact for the referred candidate and will manage all communication and coordination related to their application.
• You understand that Pfizer Care Network reserves the right to assess the suitability of the referred candidate independently and is under no obligation to progress their application.

6. Referral Reward

• A referral reward of £300 will be provided if the referred candidate is successfully placed in a role within the Pfizer Care Network and completes their probationary period.
• The reward will be issued only after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period and met all eligibility criteria.
• Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per local regulations.

7. Termination of Referral Participation

• Pfizer Care Network reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• If you wish to withdraw your participation in the referral program, please notify Pfizer Care Network via email.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a referral, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. No further confirmation is required beyond your submission of the referral.
