We are looking for an HVAC/R Technician. This ideal candidate must have previous experience with Commercial HVAC systems. Job location is in Charlotte, NC. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Job Duties:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Pulling wire
• Running Refrigerant piping
• Landing low voltage controls
• Installing A/C accessories
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA.
• Maintenance and repair Troubleshooting
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirement
• guide, advise and service new and previous customers in selecting the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements

Requirements

• Must pass a Drug test, Background, E-verify
• Must possess his own tools
• Previous experience with commercial HVAC systems
